Nikola Szentirmay-Ross

Nikola Szentirmay-Ross

Nikola joins us with great experience from the fitness industry already, with a vibrant enthusiastic attitude she loves helping anyone reach their own fitness goals.

Nikola did competitive gymnastics for 10 years and so understands what it means to truly dedicate herself to her own personal goals. However football was where the passion lay, Nikola then went onto play football at a representative level. Nikola when training at the gym gives the same dedication that all her sports have asked, she is focused, strong and works hard to achieve her personal health and wellbeing goals.

Nikola loves helping clients to achieve a healthier balanced lifestyle and develop their own passion for their own personal health journey.

Alex Smith

Alex comes to us from another gym here in Wellington continue his personal training career. He loves the education and is passionate about learning more to help his clients and so Studio41 is a great fit for Alex. Original training was at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness, however exercise and sport has always been a part of his life. During his younger years he was a member of the U20 New Zealand football team and participated in the world cup qualifying events. His passion has now moved to helping people incorporate health and fitness into their busy schedules while still getting results.

Alex Gossage

Originally from England, Alex became a Personal Trainer while living in Melbourne. Alex got involved in the fitness industry during his time playing American Football while at the University of Melbourne. As he researched the training methodologies behind getting bigger, stronger and faster his interest peaked and he decided this was the career path for him. Starting off in a commercial setting building up a portfolio of 1-on-1 clients he then moved to Result Based Training where he focused on small group training while maintaining personal training clients.

Since then he has expanded his knowledge into the factors outside of the gym such as hormonal balance, stress and immune responses. He comes to Studio41 to be in an environment where he can bring something new to the group while gaining as much knowledge as he can about these lifestyle factors and their effects.

Nathan Cameron

Nathan came to the fitness industry with the desire to change career paths from an office based Services Advisor to full time Health and Fitness Trainer. He has always had a great deal of passion for the industry and has been actively involved in Football and Cricket throughout his life.

Nathan sees personal training as empowerment through education, he recently travelled to Sydney to attend internationally renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin’s Bioprint seminar. Continual education is what motivates him on a day to day basis, sharing this knowledge and putting it into practise with clients is what he does the best. He takes a great deal of satisfaction from not only clients achievement of their goals but also the positive changes in behaviours that lead to a more holistic healthy lifestyle.

He believes that each individual needs an exercise, nutritional and supplement program tailored specifically to their goals, with careful considering of the real life limitations that an individual’s lifestyle may pose. Designing a sustainable program within these limitations is the challenge that he thrives on.
