Each personal trainer is educated in “Studio 41 Personal Training Systems” and is put through rigorous training. They are expected to up-skill and educate on a weekly basis and the team moves forward together in being able to give the best most professional and comprehensive service.
For us it is not just about the personal training but the journey. You will receive so much more than just personal training. We use caliper testing and a hormonal questionnaire to monitor your progress, you will be asked to go through 5 weeks of food changes before we settle on a nutrition plan that is made for you. You will also be educated throughout the process with our numerous articles and videos. It really is more than just a workout - it is a journey.
